London Property Alliance is the joint brand name of City and Westminster Property Associations (CPA and WPA). They are sister membership bodies, which combined represent more than 400 of the leading owners, developers and investors of real estate across Central London, including five FTSE 100 and nine FTSE 250 companies. Our members’ interests account for approximately 85% of all major development in the Central Activities Zone.
London Property Alliance (CPA and WPA) champions the built environment in Central London as a major driver for the economy of the UK. Our principal focus is engaging with planning and economic development policy in Central London and we maintain excellent working relationships with the City of London Corporation, Westminster City Council, neighbouring boroughs, the Mayor of London’s office and UK government.

- An interest in property issues and understanding of the political system
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Be ambitious and highly motivated
- Experience organising events would be advantageous
