London Property Alliance is the joint brand name of City and Westminster Property Associations (CPA and WPA). They are sister membership bodies, which combined represent more than 400 of the leading owners, developers and investors of real estate across Central London, including five FTSE 100 and nine FTSE 250 companies. Our members’ interests account for approximately 85% of all major development in the Central Activities Zone.
