Network Rail briefing: Liverpool Street, Victoria and Waterloo Station Masterplans

15 Oct 2025 to 15 Oct 2025
8:00 am to 10:00 am

Our briefing on Network Rail’s Liverpool Street, Victoria and Waterloo station masterplans is now taking place on Wednesday 15 October.

Network Rail is advancing ambitious plans to redevelop and future-proof Liverpool Street, Victoria and Waterloo stations – three of the UK’s busiest railway hubs. This breakfast briefing explores the masterplans for each station which, like King’s Cross and London Bridge before, will act as catalysts for wider regeneration, investment and economic growth.

After an introduction from Robin Dobson (Group Property Director, Network Rail), the Network Rail project team will present on each of the masterplans, providing insight into the wider investment opportunities and potential impacts on the commercial property market. This will be followed by an extended Q&A session chaired by CPA Chair Ross Sayers (Head of Development Management, Landsec).

Please register your interest below and we will be in touch with further information in due course.
