The London Property Alliance brings together the Westminster Property Association (WPA) and the City Property Association (CPA) to provide a unified voice for the leading owners, developers, investors and professional advisors or real estate across the City, West End and their neighbouring commercial districts.
Our Leadership
Our leadership draws on the expertise of our WPA and CPA board members and various committees, representing a broad range of businesses from across London’s built environment.
The Alliance leadership team includes Marcus Geddes (WPA Chair & Managing Director, Workplace – Landsec), Gareth Roberts (CPA Chair, Head of Development – Innovation & Life Science, British Land), Karen Cook (CPA Treasurer & Spice Design), Charles Pinchbeck (WPA Treasurer & Director – Capital Markets, JLL), Charles Begley (Chief Executive, London Property Alliance), Rosie Day (Chief Strategy Officer, London Property Alliance) and Andrea Williams (Director, Policy and Communications, London Property Alliance).
Our work in Camden
Supporting Camden's Knowledge Quarter
London Property Alliance runs a regular working group with senior planning and placemaking officers from Camden Council to engage with issues affecting WPA and CPA members. We also run a Knowledge Quarter Liaison group which provides a forum for discussing major development projects in Camden.
