The London Property Alliance brings together the Westminster Property Association (WPA) and the City Property Association (CPA) to provide a unified voice for the leading owners, developers, investors and professional advisors or real estate across the City, West End and their neighbouring commercial districts.
Our work is based around three core principles: policy, research and engagement. We make representations to policymakers at local and national level, publish thought leadership research and host a wide range of events to help our members stay engaged, connected and informed.
Our principal focus continues to be planning and economic development policy in Central London and we maintain excellent working relationships with members and officers of Central London’s local authorities.
We represent over 420 WPA and CPA member organisations on joint campaigns, thought leadership, research and policy representations.
The Alliance leadership team includes Paul Williams (WPA Chair & CEO, Derwent London), Dan Scanlon (CPA Chair & Senior Vice President, Developments at Brookfield Properties), Lisa Webb (CPA Treasurer & Partner, Gerald Eve), Charles Begley (Executive Director, London Property Alliance) and Rosie Day (Director, London Property Alliance).
Our work in Camden
Supporting Camden's Knowledge Quarter
London Property Alliance runs a regular working group with senior planning and placemaking officers from Camden Council to engage with issues affecting WPA and CPA members. We also run a Knowledge Quarter Liaison group which provides a forum for discussing major development projects in Camden.
