The London Property Alliance brings together the Westminster Property Association (WPA) and the City Property Association (CPA) to provide a unified voice for the leading owners, developers, investors and professional advisors or real estate across the City, West End and their neighbouring commercial districts.

Our leadership draws on the expertise of our WPA and CPA board members and various committees, representing a broad range of businesses from across London’s built environment.

Our work in Camden
London Property Alliance runs a regular Camden Working Group (CWG) bringing together leading owners, investors, professional advisers and developers of real estate active in Camden to share market intelligence, identify challenges and opportunities, and support structured engagement with senior officers and members from the London Borough of Camden.
