Supporting Camden’s Knowledge Quarter
London Property Alliance runs a regular working group with senior planning and placemaking officers from Camden Council to engage with issues affecting WPA and CPA members. We also run a Knowledge Quarter Liaison group which provides a forum for discussing major development projects in Camden.
Camden Working Group
Our Camden Working Group has developed a strong working partnership with the London Borough of Camden and its planning team. It is responsible for:
- Sharing best practice and industry insight among the group
- Helping to inform existing and up and coming planning policy
- Identifying and help resolve specific shared challenges
Members of the working group include: Robert Evans (Argent), Michael Meadows (British Land), Richard Baldwin (Derwent London), Lisa Webb (Gerald Eve), Mike Nisbet (Landsec), Phil Gould (Lendlease), Greg Tillotson (St George), Charles Walford (Stanhope). It also includes the following representatives from Camden Council: David Burns, Dan Pope, Bethany Cullen, Katrina Christ, Richard Wilson.

Our Knowledge Quarter Group aims to ensure that London’s Knowledge Quarter remains a thriving business and economic hub through the sharing of best practice and industry insights.
