Our work in Camden
London Property Alliance’s Camden Working Group brings together leading owners, investors, professional advisers and developers of real estate active in the borough to address shared challenges and opportunities affecting growth and development.
The group meets regularly with Camden’s senior planning and placemaking officers to discuss issues affecting WPA and CPA members. Building on a strong working partnership with the council and its planning team, the group focuses on:
- Sharing best practice, market intelligence and industry insight to agree ideas and priorities.
- Informing current and emerging planning policy through structured engagement with senior council officers and members.
- Helping to resolve shared challenges and realise opportunities.
