Network Rail briefing: Liverpool Street, Victoria and Waterloo Station Masterplans

17 Jul 2025 to 17 Jul 2025
8:00 am to 10:00 am

Network Rail is advancing ambitious plans to redevelop and future-proof Liverpool Street, Victoria and Waterloo stations – three of the UK’s busiest railway hubs. This breakfast briefing explores the masterplans for each station which, like King’s Cross and London Bridge before, will act as catalysts for wider regeneration, investment and economic growth.

After an introduction from Robin Dobson (Group Property Director, Network Rail), the Network Rail project team will present on each of the masterplans, providing insight into the wider investment opportunities and potential impacts on the commercial property market. This will be followed by an extended Q&A session chaired by CPA Chair Ross Sayers (Head of Development Management, Landsec).

This event is taking place at Aviva Investors and Allianz Real Estate’s 101 Moorgate, an over-station development situated directly opposite Liverpool Street Station’s Elizabeth line Moorgate exit. The building provides 70,000 sq ft of Grade A office space and amenities including roof terraces and outdoor areas at the lower levels.

Date: Thursday 17 July
Time: 8:00am – 10:00am
Location: 101 Moorgate, EC2M 6SL
