On behalf of CPA and WPA members, London Property Alliance has submitted a response to the London Borough of Camden’s consultation on the Euston Area Plan.
In the response, we welcome the Council’s ambition for Euston to be a major transport, commercial and employment hub. However, we have highlighted how a strong pipeline of high‑quality office and laboratory floorspace is required to achieve this vision and support the borough’s key growth sectors. We have therefore called for alignment with national and Mayoral growth agendas, and for a flexible, commercially realistic policy framework that supports investment.
