We are now operating a waiting list for this event.

London Property Alliance, British Council for Offices (BCO) and Sheffield Property Association (SP-A) are hosting an evening reception during this year’s UKREiiF conference in Leeds. The event will bring together senior leaders from the property industry, local government and investment community to celebrate how development and investment are shaping successful, competitive and inclusive urban centres across the UK.

Offices are the backbone of the country’s service-led economy, accounting for 84% of UK jobs and 83% of its economic growth (GVA). This reception theme – Offices as Critical Economic Infrastructure – will highlight the vital role that modern workspaces play in supporting jobs, economic growth and the vitality of UK city centres.

This year’s keynote speakers are Tom Sleigh (Chairman of Planning & Transportation City of London Corporation) and Tracy Brabin (Mayor of the West Yorkshire). Together they will explore how commercial workspaces underpin the global positioning of the UK’s leading cities, and how policy, planning and investment can work together to secure their future success.

UKREiiF is supported by a number of regional combined authorities, local councils and Government departments – as well as the largest developers and investors from across the UK and internationally.

Date: Wednesday 20 May
Time: 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Location: Malmaison Leeds, 1 Swinegate, Leeds, LS1 4AG
