London Property Alliance NextGen: Exploring Grosvenor’s Mayfair Estate

19 Aug 2026 to 19 Aug 2026
4:15 pm to 5:30 pm

In a walking tour hosted by Grosvenor, over 40 NextGen members heard directly from the team behind the developments, public realm improvements and investment helping to shape Mayfair’s next chapter.

The tour began with an introduction to South Molton, and an exclusive look at the development’s marketing suite and project model, before attendees embarked on a guided walk through the estate. Attendees saw first-hand how the 300-year-old Grosvenor Square has been transformed into an attractive place to walk, meet and socialise, with 150,000 new climate-resilient plants and 40 newly planted trees.

The tour concluded with pizza and networking at Crisp Pizza in The Marlborough – another space recently restored by Grosvenor.

Thank you to Grosvenor, Newmark and the wider London Property Alliance NextGen Committee for organising the tour, and to our NextGen champions Gardiner and Theobald for their continued support.
