London Property Alliance NextGen: Exploring Grosvenor’s Mayfair Estate

19 Aug 2026 to 19 Aug 2026
4:15 pm to 5:30 pm

Discover the projects, places and public spaces transforming one of London’s most iconic neighbourhoods. Join London Property Alliance NextGen and Grosvenor Property for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Mayfair, taking in major developments, world-class retail streets and the recently transformed Grosvenor Square, a 300-year-old garden reimagined with 150,000 climate-resilient plants and 40 new trees to create one of London’s most significant public realm projects.

After a preview of the South Molton model, we’ll head out on foot to explore the estate and hear how Grosvenor is shaping its future. Along the way, you’ll visit some of the area’s most exciting completed and upcoming projects while gaining insight into the challenges and opportunities of managing a global destination.

We’ll set off promptly at 4:20pm (arrival from 4:15pm) and finish the tour at 5:30pm. The evening doesn’t end there though, with complimentary pizza and optional networking at Crisp Pizza, giving you the chance to continue the conversation with fellow NextGen property professionals.

Date: Wednesday 19 August
Tour time: 4:15pm – 5:30pm (Optional further networking and refreshments to take place from 5:30pm at Crisp Pizza)
Meeting location: Grosvenor, 70 Grosvenor Street, London, W1K 3JP
