AI and the Built Environment Research Launch

29 May 2024 to 29 May 2024
8:00 am to 10:00 am

Register now for our upcoming breakfast seminar, exploring London Property Alliance’s latest research report, AI and the Built Environment.

Commissioned by the CPA and WPA NextGen committees and supported by our NextGen champion Gardiner & Theobald, this major piece of research explores how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is impacting jobs and skills within the property industry and what those from within the sector see as its key opportunities and challenges.

This breakfast seminar will explore the key themes of the report, including industry perceptions of AI, the potential benefits and risks for workers and how businesses will need to maximise the benefits of AI for enhancing efficiency, productivity and innovation.

The launch of the research will take place in Arup’s auditorium at its London headquarters in in Bloomsbury. Arup is at the forefront of the use of AI in the built environment, having developed their own machine learning and AI-powered tools to chart new pathways to net zero and to design low carbon buildings.

Date: Wednesday 29 May

Time: 8:00am – 10:00am

Location: Arup, 80 Charlotte Street, Bloomsbury, W1T 4QS
