Join us for our annual NextGen Summer Social, where we bring together young property professionals from across the CPA and WPA’s networks to celebrate the next generation of industry leaders. Our keynote speaker is RIBA President Muyiwa Oki.
This year’s theme will explore how the adaptability and creativity of younger people can harness new technology, which follows on from our soon-to-be-released London Property Alliance research, AI and the Built Environment (commissioned by the CPA and WPA NextGen committees). The report outlines how Artificial Intelligence is impacting jobs and skills within the property industry, and what those from within the sector see as its key opportunities and challenges.
This event is hosted by the Alliance’s NextGen champion Gardiner & Theobald, at its courtyard terrace close to Tottenham Court Road.
