The annual NextGen Summer Social brings together young property professionals from across the CPA’s and WPA’s networks. A highlight of the Alliance’s NextGen calendar, the event is a chance to celebrate the next generation of industry leaders and the success of the Associations’ NextGen programme, supported by Gardiner & Theobald (G&T).
This year we will explore the importance of resilience for early‑career professionals – from navigating a fast‑changing industry, to building the networks and confidence that support your long‑term career progression.
Ceri Moyers, Co‑Founder and Director of The Circle Partnership – which supports early‑career professionals to build confidence and strong professional relationships – will join as this year’s keynote speaker, leading an interactive session that combines insights on resilience with speed‑dating style networking to encourage peer-to-peer discussion and shared learning.
Hosted by the Alliance’s NextGen champion, G&T, the Summer Social will take place at its courtyard terrace at its London headquarters close to Tottenham Court Road.
This event is open to NextGen (under ten years of experience) from the CPA and WPA membership.
