NextGen Summer Social

30 Jul 2026 to 30 Jul 2026
6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

The annual London Property Alliance NextGen Summer Social brought together young professionals from across London’s property and built environment sector to explore the importance of personal resilience and the role it plays in navigating the early stages of a career. Hosted by the Alliance’s NextGen Champion, Gardiner & Theobald, the event combined thought-provoking discussion with interactive networking, creating new opportunities for attendees to connect and share experiences.

Leading an interactive session, Ceri Moyers (Co-Founder and Director of The Circle Partnership), encouraged attendees to reflect on what resilience means in practice, from adapting to change and overcoming setbacks to building the confidence needed to step outside their comfort zones. Through facilitated speed-networking discussions, participants shared perspectives on the opportunities and challenges of building professional networks, while exploring how resilience can be developed and strengthened over time.
