NextGen Winter Reception

Join London Property Alliance NextGen for its largest event of the year, bringing together young property professionals for an evening of networking, building tours and a celebration of the newly merged NextGen programme.

Hosted at Victoria House, the reception will offer members the opportunity to explore the transformation of this landmark Grade II-listed building and hear the story behind its reinvention as a cutting-edge centre for life sciences and innovation. Combining striking 1920s architecture with contemporary design, the scheme by Oxford Properties demonstrates how London’s historic buildings can be given a new role supporting the next generation of business.

Members will hear the story behind Victoria House’s reinvention before exploring the space first-hand through building tours, followed by the chance to network and celebrate with fellow NextGen property professionals.
