Join us to celebrate five years since the launch of London Property Alliance’s impactful Diversifying Real Estate guidebook series. Hosted at the newly and comprehensively refurbished Ten Gresham in the heart of the City of London – with a keynote address from the recently appointed CEO of Grosvenor Property UK, Jamie Whitty-Lewis – this evening reception will bring together members and stakeholders from across CPA and WPA’s networks.
Broadening access to careers in property helps to unlock new ideas, widen the talent pool and enable the industry to better reflect the diverse communities in which we work. Through our guidebook series, London Property Alliance has advocated for inclusive hiring, progression and leadership practices that make the sector more representative, more innovative and better equipped for the future.
To mark its fifth anniversary, we have produced updated and expanded versions of all existing guides, including Gender, Race, Sexuality, Disability, Social Mobility and Faith & Religion. We are also proud to unveil a brand-new guidebook on Intersectionality, produced in partnership with PREACH Inclusion®, which brings together key themes, lived experiences and insights from across the series.
The Diversifying Real Estate Guidebook series was developed by CPA and WPA’s NextGen committees and supported by Gardiner & Theobald.
